On this site, you will find investigations that we have conducted along the Toronto to Fort Erie corridor. We also do investigations outside of this area including the United States. Also, there are articles, definitions, investigating protocols, links and an extensive collection of pictures of natural causes behind many ghost pictures out there on the web!

Investigating Protocols
First and foremost, we do not charge at all for any kind of investigating of any locations that we go to. All expenses are covered by us which includes gas, hotels, materials for investigating, etc.
Any private residences or public areas, businesses, etc., that we have been contacted by or are invited to investigate are kept confidential if the homeowner or resident, businesses, etc., requests it. All personal names, business names and addresses, pictures or anything that could reveal private information will not be published in any way, shape or form without consent.
Private Property, No Trespassing, Breaking and Entering!!! We will not enter areas with these signs or any other areas without permission!!! To all those that would go and violate these areas are simply making our investigating job much harder. The actions of a few reflect on us all.
We start with the first e-mail or phone call received to gather general information on what is happening in the location, then arrange a visit to the location for further information. We travel to every location that has contacted us if they so wish.
As for investigating the location, we try to gather as much information as possible through psychics and equipment. The use of any equipment and use of psychics will be explained throughally so that the homeowner or resident, businesses, etc., understands what will be happening during the investigation. Through the use of Debby's psychic abilities we will try to gather information or make contact with the entity or entities to find out why they are still there if the homeowner or resident, businesses, etc., is ok with this sort of contact. This includes trying to get names and dates relevant to the entity or entities present in the location that they may be active in. We also try to gather hard physical data as well with digital cameras, video, analogue and digital audio, emf detectors and temperature readings.
We also can and do work with other groups and individuals on their investigations. The experience gained is invaluable as we can see how others conduct their investigations and the experiments they do. All credit is given to these groups and individuals if we use their methods.
Of course as with other groups, we accept donations since the cost of investigating comes completely out of our pockets. If the residence we are investigating is far from Burlington, a room or spot on the floor is most welcomed to save on the cost of hotels.
